I envision a world where humans can collaborate with one another to care for basic needs and difficult dilemmas, attend to conflict with care and purpose, and live in balance with the Earth. I am a mom, organizer, facilitator, and mediator. I am passionate about supporting community-led responses to conflict and harm, without coercion or avoidance. I am also passionate about facilitating collaborative decision-making about difficult or polarized topics. No matter what work I am doing, I try to look at whatever is happening with a systemic lens that considers the context in which things are unfolding.

At the moment, humanity is facing a confluence of crises globally which are leading to human suffering and threatening our species with extinction, not to mention the impact on life as a whole. I don't see how we will shift this trajectory unless we can learn to collaborate across our differences as we face these massive challenges. My work is in response to this moment.

I work with communities, organizations, and individuals to face conflict and harm, make collaborative decisions, and build skills and systems to better attend to our needs while aligning with our values. Because I am doing this in response to a larger context, I have tended to work with groups and communities who are aiming to address these crises in some way. I have also aimed to infuse my work with a vision of a longer arc of balance and liberation that are beyond acute challenging moments. 

I am based in the US and live in a small community in California.
